Zoom Webinar CE Process:

• Attendance is tracked automatically via Zoom verification.
• Complete the entire online exit form within 48 hours.
• Upon satisfactory completion of the entire course and of the required exit form, a certificate of attendance is awarded.
• Certificates are emailed within seven (7) business days of satisfying all requirements.
• Attendees failing to meet these requirements will receive an email detailing the specific reasons for non-completion, along with the Current Complaint Policy.

In-Person CE Process:

• Physical sign-in upon arrival.
• Physical sign-out via exit card returned to registration.
• Upon satisfactory completion of the entire course and of the required exit form, a certificate of attendance is awarded.
• Certificates are emailed within seven (7) business days of satisfying all requirements.
• Attendees failing to meet these requirements will receive an email detailing the specific reasons for non-completion, along with the Current Complaint Policy.
