Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists are facing a growing amount of stress in their work and their workday. There are many aspects that continue to increase the stress they face, often without tools or techniques to help manage it. SLPs and AuDs are struggling to figure out how to continue to do the work while the stress grows. In this course, we will discuss how to use Mindfulness strategies as stress management tools in order to help reduce and manage stress on a daily basis.

Jessi Andricks M.S., CCC-SLP, earned her master's degree in speech therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She is a trained Integrative Coach and Yoga Teacher, and she runs the site as well as the SLP Stress Management online course and podcast. Jessi focuses on helping SLPs manage stress, reduce burnout and find more balance in their lives, using the tools of Stress Management and Mindfulness. She has presented at SLP conferences, in person and online, as well as webinars, and is a contributor to the ASHA Leader Live and NSSLHA Blog.
