Overview
Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists are facing a growing amount of stress in their work and their workday. There are many aspects that continue to increase the stress they face, often without tools or techniques to help manage it. SLPs and AuDs are struggling to figure out how to continue to do the work while the stress grows. In this course, we will discuss how to use Mindfulness strategies as stress management tools in order to help reduce and manage stress on a daily basis.
